Our goal is to bring an affordable, welcoming, enjoyable, safe, and competitive environment which will assist in the social and physical development for children of all skill levels.
Mission and Values
Our mission is to positively impact the development of youth in our community by providing soccer and life-enriching opportunities to young players of all ages, to create a lifelong passion for the sport of soccer, and to help raise the level of soccer in our city, our state and our nation. We strive to play an active role in the leadership, development and personal growth of our players and staff by being an active member of our community through service, partnerships and programs. Our ultimate goal as a club is to encourage, inspire and empower each player and coach to be able to reach the highest level possible within the game and in life, while helping create leaders and individuals that will inspire others to do the same.

Players Code Of Conduct
A player code of conduct outlines the expected behavior of players both on and off the field to promote sportsmanship, respect, and a positive environment for everyone involved.
Sportsmanship & Respect
Play Fair: Uphold the spirit and Laws of the Game, avoiding unfair or dishonest play.
Respect Opponents, Teammates, Coaches, and Officials: Treat everyone involved with courtesy and dignity, regardless of race, gender, ability, or background.
Accept Decisions Gracefully: Respect and accept decisions from coaches and officials without arguing or complaining.
Encourage Positive Behavior: Inspire teammates to play fairly and show good sportsmanship.
Effort & Commitment
Always Give Your Best: Focus and put in maximum effort during practices and games.
Attend Practices & Games: Show commitment to the team by making every effort to attend all scheduled practices and games and arrive on time.
Be Prepared: Arrive physically and mentally ready for training sessions and matches with the proper attire and equipment.
Behavior & Self-Control
Control Your Temper: Avoid retaliation and manage emotions on the field.
No Foul Language or Abuse: Refrain from using abusive or insulting language or engaging in any form of personal abuse or harassment (verbal, physical, emotional, or sexual).
No Drugs, Alcohol, or Tobacco: Strictly prohibit the use or possession of illegal drugs, alcohol, or tobacco during any team or club related activities.
Integrity & Ethics
Promote the Sport: Be an ambassador for soccer and advocate for the positive aspects of the game.
Reject Corruption & Discrimination: Actively oppose corruption, racism, and sexism within soccer and treat all players equally.
Represent the Team and Club: Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects positively on the club and team.
Consequences of Violations: Players who do not adhere to the code of conduct may face consequences such as loss of playing time, suspension from games or practices, or even removal from the team or club. League rules, such as those governing red cards, may also impose specific penalties like game suspensions.
